Rhinoplasty surgery is the process of correcting the nose structure that’s unpleasant to image by surgical methods to make person’s liking. The nose, in terms of function, is the organ that allows the breath we take to enter the body in a healthy way.Congenital or post-traumatic nasal deformities can only be corrected by rhinoplasty surgery. We aren’t only correcting the image while doing the surgery, we provide clarification of the airways for healthy breathing.

Just like most of other plastic surgeries Rhinoplasty surgery is performed under general anesthesia and can take approximately 2.5-3 hours depending complexity of the intervention. There are two types of nose jobs: open rhinoplasty and closed rhinoplasty, which are used on different patients with different conditions and expectations.

  • OPEN RHINOPLASTY

In cases that require easier access to the surgery site and increased visibility of the area to be treated, an open rhinoplasty will be recommended. Open rhinoplasty involves creating an incision along the width of the columella and lifting the skin so as to allow greater visibility and increased precision. This approach has many advantages as our surgeon gains access to the entire nose structure, including the nasal tip.

This procedure is often required in revision rhinoplasty to correct surgical errors, collapse of nose structure, or other aesthetic or structural problem. This method would also be used for cases that require a more significant reshaping of the nose.

  • CLOSED RHINOPLASTY

This surgical method involves accessing the areas to be reshaped from the within the nostril. A closed rhinoplasty may be appropriate for minor corrections and reshaping. This method is less invasive which means reduced healing time as well as less post-procedure swelling. Since the incisions are made within the nostrils this also means there will be no visible scarring. This procedure is often used on patients who require only minor reshaping of the nasal tip.

Eyelid Aesthetic

Eyelid Aesthetic

Aesthetic eyelid surgery, is an operation performed to remove excess skin and fat bags from the lower and upper eyelids. The procedure will be performed on an anesthesia that will completely block any pain.

  • Upper eyelid surgery is a relatively straightforward surgery. fine incision in the crease above each eye, ensuring that any resulting scars are well-hidden within your natural contours. Through those openings, he will remove the excess skin that's causing your eyelids to droop and sag. He will then tighten and reposition the underlying muscles, and remove any fat that may be contributing to excessive puffiness. He will then lift the remaining skin, taking special care to achieve a more youthful expression without overcorrecting and creating an unnatural appearance. Once your desired look has been created, he will close the incisions with fine sutures.

  • Lower eyelid surgery mainly focuses on removing fatty deposits that tend to accumulate in this area as our patients age. Doctor will make a very discreet incision in the lower eyelashes. Through that opening, he will simultaneously remove fatty tissue and sagging skin, revealing a smoother and firmer eye area. If you also suffer from lax muscles around your eyes, doctor can reposition and tighten them as well, before carefully closing the incisions to minimize scarring.

Ear Aesthetic

Ear Aesthetic

Prominent ear surgery is performed with patients under general anesthesia for children, and under local anesthesia for adults. An incision is made behind the external ear. The ear cartilages are reshaped with sutures. The time of operation may vary between 30 minutes - 2 hours, according to the actual deformity of the ears. There is no need to stay in the hospital after the operation. The ears are left with bandages on for a few days. After the bandages are removed, a headband is used for a week-10 days to help the ears maintain their new form. The patients may go outside and carry on with their daily lives just 3-5 days after the operation. There may be some swelling in the ear during the first few days. This swelling is gradually reduced within 15 days and the ears take their final shape at the end of a few months.

The most frequently asked question about otoplasty is whether or not the operation would lead to hearing loss. Since only the external part of the ear is operated on during otoplasty surgery, no issues will arise in terms of hearing.

Face Lift

Face Lift

A facelift, is a surgical procedure that aims to improve the visible signs of aging in the face and neck. It is one of the most effective ways to address sagging skin, deep facial wrinkles, and loss of facial volume.

During a facelift procedure, the surgeon typically makes incisions along the hairline, around the ears, and possibly under the chin. Through these incisions, they lift and reposition the underlying tissues, remove excess fat and skin, and tighten the remaining skin. This process helps to restore a more youthful and rejuvenated appearance.

Facelift surgery can target specific areas of concern, such as the lower face, midface, or neck, or it can encompass the entire face for more comprehensive results. In some cases, additional procedures may be performed in conjunction with a facelift, such as eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) or brow lift, to achieve a harmonious outcome.

The recovery period after a facelift can vary depending on the extent of the surgery and individual healing factors. Patients may experience some swelling, bruising, tightness, or discomfort, which can be managed with medication and proper post-operative care. It's important to follow the surgeon's instructions regarding activities to avoid, such as strenuous exercise, during the healing process.

Fat Injection

Fat Injection

Fat injection, also known as fat grafting or fat transfer, is a procedure that involves transferring fat from one area of the body to another to enhance volume or contour. It is a popular technique used to augment various areas, such as the face, breasts, buttocks.

The procedure involves two main steps: harvesting and injection. First, fat is harvested from a donor site, which is typically an area with excess fat, such as the abdomen, thighs, or buttocks. The fat is carefully extracted using liposuction techniques. The harvested fat is then purified and processed to remove any impurities or excess fluids.

After purification, the fat is injected into the desired area using small cannulas or syringes. The fat is strategically placed to achieve the desired volume and contour, and the surgeon may use multiple injection points to ensure even distribution. Over time, the injected fat develops a blood supply and integrates with the surrounding tissues, providing long-lasting results.

Fat injection offers several advantages. Since the fat used is from the patient's own body, there is no risk of allergic reactions or rejection. Additionally, fat injection can provide natural-looking and permanent results. Furthermore, the liposuction used to harvest the fat can help contour the donor area, providing additional body sculpting benefits.

The recovery period after fat injection can vary depending on the extent of the procedure and the treated area. Patients may experience some swelling, bruising, and discomfort, which can be managed with proper post-operative care and medication. It's important to follow the surgeon's instructions regarding activity restrictions and wearing compression garments, if required.
